Reading journal #4

The book I'm reading is called Water for Elephants. My advisor recommended it to me. I'm not to far into it but right now I'm at the part where people are going to the circus and then all of a sudden all f the animals get out. So while the animals are running around in the back the show is going on. So the people have no idea what's going on until a black panther walks through the tent and everyone freaks out! And i have to admitt if i were to see that i would scream and run. So then the aerielist that was on the elephant saw this guy that i guess she knew him or something and out of nowhere she getts this spear that she was holding and BAM!!! She kills him!! I was like WHATTTTTTT??! I was so CONFUSED but my advisor warned me it would be because it jumps back and forth in the narrorators life. But thats where i stopped and im really into the book.
